The court affirmed, on appeal, a zoning decision made by the Ocean City Board of Zoning Appeals (the Board), which would permit appellee, Boardwalk Plaza Venture, to construct a seventeen story building on land at the Ocean City Boardwalk between 17th and 18th Streets.
